Pay: $55 - $65 per hour Requirements - License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist

• Licensure: Active Maryland Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).
• Certifications: Current CPR Certification / First Responder Certification. Local anesthesia certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous clinical experience in a private practice setting is preferred, but a stellar attitude and strong chairside manner are essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a tech-savvy mindset comfortable with digital charting and modern dental equipment.

Job Description Comprehensive Preventive Care: Perform high-quality dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and scaling and root planing using advanced Cavitron ultrasonics. Advanced Diagnostics & Imaging: Utilize state-of-the-art dental technology, including Eaglesoft, iTero digital scanners, digital X-rays, and MouthWatch intraoral cameras to educate patients on their oral health. Patient Education & Chairside Care: Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding patients through personalized oral hygiene instructions and treatment plans. Collaborative Practice: Work seamlessly with our dental assistants and doctors to maintain an efficient schedule and a positive, patient-centric environment.
