ROLE - SPECIALTY
Title: Nursing - Patient Care

Schedule
Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Current nursing license
- Relevant certifications as required by the specialty
- Previous experience in a similar role

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient health data to determine care issues and develop treatment plans.
- Implement the care plan, coordinating with healthcare team members to deliver effective patient care.
- Evaluate patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families, ensuring understanding of health information and care procedures.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
