Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine Physician
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to be part of our expansion into the Newton, Iowa area. Experience a low cost of living combined with a high quality of life, conveniently located near Iowa's capital city.
Opportunity Highlights- Traditional outpatient Internal Medicine clinic practice
- Immediate patient volume due to physician retirements
- Expected daily clinic volume of approximately 25 patients
- Call schedule of 1:16
- Skilled patient admissions
- 22% of the local population is aged 60 and older
- Optional procedures include:
- Joint aspiration and injection
- Skin biopsy
- Spirometry
- Incision and drainage of abscesses
- Base salary of $312,314, with additional production and non-production incentives
- Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000
- Comprehensive benefits starting on Day One
- 403B retirement plan with matching contributions & 457B retirement options
- Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- 31 days of annual paid time off
