Surgery - General Nurse Practitioner

Our Client is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (PA or NP) for a 24/7 service in cardiac surgery. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac surgery or CTICU, with the flexibility to work in both ICU and OR settings. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing healthcare system.

Job Functions

• Must have either CT Surgery experience or Cardiac ICU experience.
• Opportunities available for those interested in a combination of OR/ICU/Floor/outpatient work, ICU only, or mostly OR work.
• Role includes ICU and step-down coverage, OR responsibilities, and some outpatient office staffing.
• Flexible scheduling available, including day and night shifts.

Job Requirements

• Board-certified PA/NPs, preferably RNFA certified.
• Experience in cardiac surgery or CTICU.
• Strong communication skills.
• CT licensure, DEA, ACLS/BLS, CME maintenance.
• Cardiac Surgery 1st experience or experience in the Cardiac ICU with procedural experience.
• NP or PA certification.
• Must be board-certified and have a CT license.
