Role Description Must be local to the DC/Baltimore area. This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute the planning, creation, and delivery of engaging social media strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, managing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for performance, monitoring engagement, and staying updated on social media trends. The role also involves fostering meaningful connections with online communities and collaborating with other teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong skills in Communication and Writing Experience in Content Strategy and campaign planning Knowledge of graphic design, photo/video manipulation for social content Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and innovative content Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in managing social media for brands or organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr CYM Media
