About the Role Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel? Main purpose of the Director of Project Management position: Lead special projects under the Creative Operations team, defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives ensuring successful execution and completion. Responsibilities Strategically develop and manage project plans, budget, scope and resources. Lead and manage project teams, both internal and external partners. Identify and manage risks associated with the project; provide timely updates to stakeholders. Create and manage project budgets. Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they’re in compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management. 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Required Skills Strategic leadership: align project goals with company objectives, make high-level decisions and foster collaboration. Effective communication: tailor complex updates to executives and partners while managing expectations. Organizational acumen: manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation across multiple projects. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management. 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in relevant software applications and project management tools. Able to motivate and manage project teams. A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
