Assessing individual learning needs and abilities Developing individualized educational plans and setting learning goals Collaborating with teachers to adapt and modify instructional materials and teaching techniques to meet students’ needs. Implementing teaching strategies and techniques that are appropriate for students with a variety of learning difficulties. Providing one‑on‑one tutoring or small group instruction Monitoring students’ progress and adjusting instruction as needed.
