Position for MRI Tech requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-timers accepted. Weekend and holiday work may be required as needed for the department. On-call as needed is required. Must possess required skills in Abdomen and Pelvis MRI, including Abdominal MRA, Abdominal MRV, Female Pelvis, and Male Pelvis. Experience with required cardiovascular MRI procedures such as MR Angio Lower Extremity with Bilateral Runoff is necessary. Chest MRI experience is required. Head and Neck CT experience is required, including Brain, Cranial Nerves, and Face/Soft Tissue Neck. Must have experience with Musculoskeletal MRI including Foot, Hand, Hip/Bony Pelvis, and Shoulder. Experience in special imaging procedures such as CINE, Diffusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, and Maximum Intensity Projection is required. Spine case MRI experience is necessary, covering Cervical, Lumbar, and Thoracic regions. Cerner experience is required. Level I trauma experience is preferred. Candidates must be in Illinois three business days prior to comply with fingerprinting requirements. Shifts may include weekends and holidays as required. RTO restrictions ideally should be no more than five days. Candidates may be called off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without compensation. Must work two of the three major holidays.
