Job Description Flynn Group , the world’s largest Applebee’s franchisee, is looking for an Applebee’s Dishwasher / General Utility to help keep our back‑of‑house clean and operating smoothly. The role is fast‑paced and team‑centered, requiring strong communication skills and a willingness to work hard in a fun environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back‑of‑house area. Support daily food preparation and kitchen operations as needed. Communicate effectively with team members during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety protocols. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Effective verbal communication skills. Team‑player mindset and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to impact and safety. Physical Requirements Remain stationary and exhibit well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work in hot and damp environments. Use small hand tools and equipment requiring finger and hand dexterity. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shifts.
