Physical TherapistWe are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Dallas, TX. Our clinic integrates chiropractic and physical therapy services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who values clinical autonomy, collaboration, and a flexible work schedule in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Perform initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop individualized plans of careDeliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalitiesMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomesSupervise and delegate treatment to up to two (2) Full-Time Equivalent Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Wisconsin regulationsCollaborate with chiropractic providers to coordinate integrated treatment plansEducate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategiesMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentationActive Texas Physical Therapist license (required)Experience in outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, or sports rehabilitation preferredAbility to supervise PTAs and provide clear clinical directionStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and documentation abilitiesCommitment to patient-centered, outcomes-driven care
