Job Posting Title Specialist, Process Control (2nd shift)

Overview The Process Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring the production shipping status and managing plan & actual, downtime (HMGMA / MSV). Responsibilities (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) Constantly monitor HMGMA and Mobis productivity and shipping screens, as well as the Mobis shipping system (Communication with HMGMA CCR: 24Hr) Managing Mobis production order (Non JIS order) Gather HMGMA daily, weekly, and monthly plans; generate and send Mobis’ daily production and shipping plans to appropriate departments Monitor daily production in real time to ensure that targets are met (plan & Actual) Track external and internal downtime requests and provide countermeasures to prevent future downtime Issue claims for vendor downtime and complete accounting documents to ensure payments are debited Operate Mobis monitoring room & tracking productivity issue and report All other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience: High School Diploma Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent analytical skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Preferred Education & Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Just In Sequence in the Automotive industry preferred Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field Equivalent related experience in automotive manufacturing or production planning Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: None Working Conditions: 90% office, 10% production floor Overtime as needed This position is 2nd Shift, approximately 2:30pm – 11:00pm #J-18808-Ljbffr Mobis Alabama LLC
