Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part TimeLone Tree Post AcuteStarting Rate: $32/hourLone Tree Post Acute is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis.We are hiring for AM, PM, and NOC shifts.The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations, and as directed by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician ordersSupervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during assigned shiftsMonitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriatelyAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedEnsure accurate and timely documentation of resident careMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residentsFollow infection control and safety procedures at all timesCommunicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersAssist in admissions, transfers, and discharges as neededRespond promptly to resident needs and emergenciesQualificationsCurrent California LVN license in good standingSkilled nursing or post-acute experience preferredStrong clinical and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate, dependable, and resident-focusedSchedulePart-timeAM, PM, and NOC shifts availableCompensation & BenefitsStarting pay at $32/hourSupportive team environmentOpportunity for growth and advancementJoin our dedicated team at Lone Tree Post Acute and make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.We are an equal opportunity employer.
