Pediatric Hospitalist

Our client in North Carolina seeks a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist Physician for a focused 3-day assignment. This role involves comprehensive 24-hour shifts, where you will manage emergency department calls and conduct essential patient rounds on the inpatient unit. You will be instrumental in providing continuous care within a supportive hospital environment. Practice Info EMR: Epic Setting: Inpatient Staffing Mix: Residents rotating on the floor Responsibilities Provide 24-hour emergency department call coverage. Conduct daily patient rounds on the inpatient floor. Manage an inpatient unit, typically overseeing an average of 5 patients within a 16-bed capacity. Fulfill responsibilities for rounding and being on call for the emergency department.
