More information about products and services is available at Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrollton, TX. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems to support Adleta’s distribution and flooring operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading ERP implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into system configurations and process improvements. The ERP Project Manager monitors project timelines, budgets, and milestones, manages risks and issues, and ensures system changes align with business objectives and operational workflows. The role also supports user training, change management, and ongoing system maintenance, while collaborating with IT, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to drive efficiency and data accuracy. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) knowledge and hands‑on experience with ERP implementations. Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess experience in budgeting and financial oversight related to technology and process improvement projects. Candidates should possess business process understanding and the ability to map, optimize, and document workflows. Relevant skills and qualifications include project management experience, familiarity with distribution or manufacturing environments, and strong stakeholder communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Experience managing cross‑functional teams, implementing change management, and working with ERP vendors or consultants is beneficial.
