Pediatric Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic | Wichita Falls, TX

PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for an exciting opportunity with a well-established multidisciplinary pediatric clinic near Wichita Falls, Texas. Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient pediatric Physical Therapist position.
• Serve a diverse caseload of children and young adults from birth through age 21 .
• Work in a multidisciplinary setting that utilizes a team-based approach to therapy.
• Consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance:
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • One-hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
• Opportunity to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in accordance with physician referrals and individualized treatment plans.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though bilingual skills are not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to support mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a family-centered approach to patient care.
