The posted compensation range of $18.1459 - $25.63/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing and feeding.
- Assisting patients with mobility and transfers.
- Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns.
- Following established care plans and contribute to the development of personalized care strategies.
