Public Health Nurse

Public Health RNAs a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer criminal history background check, physical examination and drug screen. All employees must also submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.The Public Health Department of the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas is seeking a full-time RN to work in the Clinical Services Division. Primary work areas will be in Family Planning, STD/STI testing and treatment, Prenatal education/ Case Management and limited training in the immunization clinic. Training will be available for each of these areas as needed. Must be self-motivated, able to work with diverse client population, work in a team setting, and exercise good nursing judgment.
