Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, Hep B vaccination, TDaP (2020 or later), annual influenza vaccine, recent drug screen, and physical Specialty: Occupational Therapist Inpatient Experience: 10.0 years of experience required Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 04/12/2027 Additional Information: Two scheduling options: Guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours. Guarantee includes at least 27 points per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; traveler must complete 30 points weekly and be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if necessary. Non-guaranteed hours option may require weekend coverage and occasional travel outside the service area. Payment is made on a per-visit basis, with hours approved based on visit types and point conversions. Travelers hours are paid hourly but hours authorized are based on visits. RTO requests must be disclosed at submission when confirmed, as late additions may risk removal from the vendor list.
