Location: Schaumburg and Buffalo Grove, IL 60193 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Floating Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care services at our medical offices located in Schaumburg and Buffalo Grove, Illinois. This position requires flexibility to work between both locations, delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our team of eye care professionals. Key Responsibilities Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Work collaboratively with staff at both Schaumburg and Buffalo Grove offices to ensure consistent patient care. Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory and office policies. Stay current with advancements in optometry and eye care technology. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Experience working in a clinical or medical office setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly between two office locations: Schaumburg and Buffalo Grove, IL. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
