Picker Packer

SP Industries Inc. is hiring for our team in Pocomoke City, MD and has an immediate opening for a Picker/Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping various products from inventory. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a schedule of Monday - Friday with hours from 7am - 3:30pm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES Reads and fills customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed Assembles and packs customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department. Marks materials with identifying information and maintains shipping records Prepares parcels for mailing. Maintains inventory records. Qualifications & Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) are preferred. Basic math skills and computer literacy is preferred. One to three months related experience in a warehouse work setting is preferred, but not necessary. Must demonstrate a solid work history and attendance record. Payrate : $15 - $17/hr HSE All employees have the responsibility to work in a safe manner and report any health, safety or environmental concern to their manager or supervisor in a timely manner.
