Geotechnical Laboratory Technical Director $100K–$150K – Tucker, GA Lead and manage all aspects of laboratory operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and equipment calibration. Oversee geotechnical and construction materials testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and GDOT standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of laboratory operations including staff supervision, scheduling, and equipment calibration. Oversee geotechnical and construction materials testing: Proctor, Atterberg Limits, grain size analysis, unconfined compression, triaxial, direct shear, permeability, consolidation, and CBR. Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and GDOT standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing with proven leadership in a laboratory environment.
