Client Accountant

Client Accountant160over90 is a global, culturally-led creative agency with expertise across advertising, branding, experiential, partnerships, PR and communications, and serves leading brands including AB InBev, Audi, Marriott, and Visa. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Client Accountant to join our organization. This position will be based in our Philadelphia office but will work closely with the finance and accounting team members in all 160over90 locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills and be able to work independently and proactively as well as in a team environment. The candidate must be able to communicate with individuals of all levels and backgrounds and succeed in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesClient/Project ManagementOversee full project accounting for clients within remitEnsure timely and complete Client Billings and monthly A/R reporting and follow up in partnerships with AR analystsManagement of A/P process including new vendor setups, confirming and coding payables requests, and overseeing release of payments in connection with shared services partner and Treasury departmentLiaise and coordinate with business partners to ensure budgets are submitted and reviewed for projects, accounts are reviewed monthly, rebillable expenses are appropriately managed, and projects are reconciled and closedSupport Corporate AccountingPerform month-end close duties and reporting including recording of accurate journal entries for revenue and expenseConduct monthly balance sheet account reviews and reconciliations to ensure ledger maintenanceAssist with various ad-hoc reporting and projects as neededQualificationsKnowledge and ExperienceBS Degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years general accounting experienceProficient in ExcelExperience in a marketing/creative agency environment preferred but not requiredSkills and AbilitiesHighly detail-oriented and organizedAbility to successfully handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience utilizing SAP accounting software a plusAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00/NA. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
