Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driving operational efficiency through
- Optimization of our service schedule
- Managing the fleet of vehicles for the company
- Inventory, procurement, invoicing and accounts payable
- Managing and reporting on company data
- Build a strong team culture and work environment through
- Scheduling and coordinating team events and trainings
- Maintaining organizational efficiency and cleanliness of our office and workshop
- Ensuring professional appearance of our team
- Support the sales team to deliver customer value through:
- Onsite customer visits to evaluate services needed and prepare estimates
- Onsite quality checks of completed repairs
- Preparing compliance documents for new customers
- Contacting customers to confirm appointments
Required Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- Organized multi-tasker, with high attention to detail
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
- General working knowledge of property management, moving, hospitality and/or construction industries
- Experience using CRM tools and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel
Pay: $20 - $25.00 per hour plus additional bonuses

Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
- Secondary education with a focus on business or operations preferred
License / Certification:
- Drivers license (required) and a good, clean, verifiable driving record (required)
Work Location: Office/workshop in Mission Gorge area of central San Diego
Typical start time: 8:30 AM
Typical end time: 5PM
