We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill. This flexible position offers the opportunity to help residents strengthen everyday abilities, improve functional performance, and work toward greater independence.
What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and establish individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
• Develop appropriate therapy goals and track resident progress
• Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment to support safety and independence
• Modify interventions according to resident needs and clinical progress
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support everyday function
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with COTAs and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
