- Design/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering, Supplier Q.A., Machine Shop/Welding support, Calibration, and Inspection of Aircraft Mechanical Accessory Class1 component parts.
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). - Receiving Inspection and Quotation of incoming customer parts, Receiving Inspection of ACR Repair Orders, In-process Inspections, and Final Inspection activities required.
- Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and Magnetic Particle Inspection Level II Certification Experience Desired. The Successful candidate will be trained and certified, as necessary.
- Implementation of Regulatory Requirements and Customer Provided data.
- Machine Shop and Inspection procedures development and implementation.
- Implementation of technical specification procedural requirements within Manufacturing and Inspection.
- Hazardous Materials regulatory compliance and recycling.
- Customer and Supplier warranty return evaluations, shop support, and continuous process improvements.
- Shop Traveler development for customer repairs, warranty corrective actions, and material fabrication.
- Purchasing, traceability, and inventory control of aircraft repair parts, shelf-life materials, and raw materials.
- Customer, Internal and Supplier audits. AS 9100/ISO 9001 or equivalent audit experience desired.
Lead auditor experience a plus. - MS Windows Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access capable.
- Experience working with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Optical Comparator, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Surface Tester, and Inspection measuring equipment desired.
- Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnet Particle Inspection Level II NDT Experience a plus.
- N/C and/or CMM Programming a plus.
- F.A.A. Airframe / Powerplant (A&P) Certified Mechanic a plus.
