Personal Lines Account ManagerHigginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for Personal Lines Account Manager in our Cleburne, TX office.Essential Tasks:Educates clients about coverage limitations and documents in computer system when having to recommend excess and surplus coverages, as needed to meet client insurance needsAt each service contract, conducts a total account review and recommends changes in coverage and in markets, as needed to ensure high quality coverage by utilizing the Service Accountability ChecklistHandles renewals and remarkets as needed according to workflowAssists clients with making coverage changes and completes all service requests for clientsInforms clients of policy changes, exclusions of coverage and insurance coverage needsGenerates documents and produces correspondence, to satisfy client service requests or to provide automation as needed by clientHandles or refers insured's questions and complaintsMaintains detailed customer records in the management systemsWorks with Quality Managers to satisfy questions or discrepancies on accounts in a timely mannerInteracts with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperates positively and provides information and guidance, as needed, to contribute to the business efforts of the agencyLocation:Cleburne, TXHybrid positionExperience:3-5 years of personal lines experienceLicense/Certification:General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) Agent's license requiredPerks & Benefits:Generous employee benefits package which includes a robust wellness programEmployee Ownership OpportunitiesCareer progression opportunity – the potential for growth within the companyThis is a perfect opportunity for individuals who have experience working in an independent insurance agency!
