Atlanta Opportunity | Director of Customer Experience I'm partnering with a respected consumer-focused organization in the Atlanta area that is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead both customer service operations and Voice of Customer initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who can balance operational excellence with customer insight and strategy . Lead customer service and support operations Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service performance Own Voice of Customer programs and customer feedback initiatives Analyze customer sentiment, identify root causes, and uncover trends Partner cross-functionally to improve the customer journey and business outcomes Influence executive decision-making through customer insights We're looking for someone who has experience in: Customer Care Operations Contact Center / Call Center Management Voice of Customer (VOC) Customer Insights & Customer Sentiment Customer Experience Strategy Customer Operations Process Improvement & Service Excellence This is not a traditional Customer Success role .
