Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Advisor to diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach—educating homeowners on their options and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget. Job Duties Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems Present clear, honest repair and replacement options to customers Educate homeowners to help them make informed decisions Build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience Meet or exceed performance and revenue goals Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices Minimum Requirements Lead plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Texas.
