Job Types: Full-time (35-40) hours per week) Pay: $23-$25 per hour Farm Burger is Seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager/lead line cook Responsibilities: assisting chef/kitchen manager in all aspects of the BOH Actively working grill or plating stations Engaging in the training of new staff Building relationships with local farmers and creating specials showcasing local Managing food costs with proper purchasing, recipe/portion-size maintenance, and waste management Writing and enforcing schedules for proper labor cost control Adhering to health code protocols and maintaining a well-organized, clean kitchen space Taking inventory and managing proper par levels Qualifications Minimum of 1 year kitchen management experience Strong leadership skills and able to communicate effectively in a high volume, fast-paced Experience with inventory management software a plus Competitive salary and bonus program for our KMs #J-18808-Ljbffr
