This is a full-time, seasonal position beginning August 2026. The starting wage for this role is $15.50 / hour. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Delivered exceptional guest service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and identifying customer needs. Maintained merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and visually appealing product displays. Supported sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Managed POS transactions, cash handling, and daily cash-out procedures with accuracy. Ensured a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment while upholding company standards for hospitality and environmental stewardship. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Previous retail experience an asset Hospitality-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated Enjoy working with a diverse team in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Second language an asset Enthusiastic and out-going personality, ability to use this to engage with guests Cash handling experience Able to take initiative on restocking, re-merchandising, and regular cleaning duties About Us: We’re more than a hospitality and attractions company.
