Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is adding an ob/gyn physician to our growing practice. With 407 beds, this regional referral center features a modern facility built in 2010 and a newly-renovated 16 operating room suite. The hospital is centrally located in the fastest growing county in the state of Tennessee on a beautiful 68-acre campus on the bustling "Medical Center Parkway" corridor with convenient access to dining and shopping areas. The hospital campus is currently undergoing a $110M expansion project, which includes the addition of 36 new high acuity beds, a parking garage dedicated to hospital employees and physicians, 18 new critical care unit beds, six additional NICU bassinets, 17 new post-surgery bays. The hospital is well known in the community for its women's services and well-established heart surgery program. Saint Thomas Health and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) have an established partnership in Middle Tennessee for training medical residents in a variety of specialties including internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and general surgery.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
