Recruiting Coordinator

DPP is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an opportunity with our client, a leading global investment firm in New York, NY. Location: Hybrid in New York, NY Duration: 6 months (renewable) Terms: W2 position Role overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Firm's recruiting function by partnering closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams. This role requires exceptional organization, professionalism, and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast?paced, high?performance environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of candidate interview scheduling across multiple time zones with accuracy, efficiency, and discretion
  • Support the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, candidate communications, and feedback tracking
  • Coordinate onsite and virtual interview days, including Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments, with strong attention to detail
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high?touch, white?glove experience that reflects the Firm's culture and values
  • Track candidate activity and ensure data accuracy within the Firm's applicant tracking system (Greenhouse ATS) and related tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and processes, supporting operational excellence through scalable and technology?enabled solutions
  • Collaborate with global recruiting team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experience
  • Partner with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management, employer branding initiatives, and diversity recruiting efforts
  • Support the planning and execution of campus and experienced?hire recruiting events, both virtual and in person
  • Contribute to cross?functional initiatives that advance the Firm's broader Human Capital objectives

Ideal experience & critical competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles, preferably within a fast?paced corporate or financial services environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems preferred, but not required
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a high?performance, team?oriented culture
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow?through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion

Education & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
