What You'll DoAs a Help Desk Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Documenting client interactions, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service.
