We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Refinisher to bring their talent and craftsmanship to our well established commercial and residential client base.

The ideal candidate will have experience in masking, sanding, stripping, spraying, and oxidizing and finishing techniques to restore stainless steel, bronze, nickel, and aluminum to the desired looks such as; a mirror or satin finish.

About the job:

Position: Metal Refinisher Technician
Location: Southern California (Field-Based)
Compensation: $27-$35/hr. dependent on verifiable experience.
Full Time (primarily Monday-Friday). Weekends/overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail & passion for providing excellence.

• Working with solvents, chemicals, and power tools.

• Prepare jobsite workspaces, maintain cleanliness.

• Inspect and document work area condition before and after completion of service.

• Accountable for following work order instructions. Your work is completed on time to our quality standards.

• Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet project deadlines.

• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion. Maintain appropriate inventory levels in work vehicle and stock supplies for each project.

• Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working in occupied and/or sensitive environments.

• Successfully complete all required safety and training modules. Follow all company safety and OSHA related protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Metal Refinishing. Spraying experience of any type is preferred- HVLP or similar equipment.

• Familiar with clears/satin/matt/high gloss finish.

• Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record.

• Effective communication skills. English - both written and verbal. Bilingual – Spanish is plus.

• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 50lbs. Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces.

• High level of attention to detail/cleanliness and ability to perform top quality restoration work.
