Maintain necessary equipment logs and inform supervisor of deficiencies.Prioritize work activity according to business need and as directed by supervisor.Assist with installation of insulation when the workload dictates the need.Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.Demonstrates initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Safety conscious.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GEDClean MVR required.Experienced residential/commercial installers preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPhysical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 50 lbs of force regularly.Repetitive motion associated with operating equipment, unloading materials, and assorted manual/power tools.Regular exposure to the elements.Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
