Digital Marketing Account Manager

Managing a portfolio of 8-12 client accounts, the full-time temporary Digital Marketing Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner, focusing on client retention, growth opportunities, and the execution of high-impact digital marketing strategies in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business models and guiding proactive marketing strategies Anticipate client needs and risks, ensuring high satisfaction and effective communication throughout project execution Drive client growth by identifying upsell opportunities and leading strategic reviews and contract renewals Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client-facing role managing multi-channel campaigns Proven experience managing a portfolio of complex B2B, B2C, franchise, or multi-location accounts Demonstrated track record of client retention and revenue accountability Ability to interpret business performance data for strategic client conversations Must be a legal resident currently residing in one of the 50 United States
