*Achievements and Necessities:*

Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in MO & KS or easily obtained
Proficient in Civil 3D and/or Microstation
Proven Residential Engineering Design or Roadway Engineering Design
Ability to do both Project Management and Design
Strong leadership skills and the ability to meet deadlines and produce exceptional and functional results
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Collaborate with clients to develop projects scopes, deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
