RV Sales Associate

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.What You’ll Do:Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVsConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentationsClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management teamFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customerWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:High school diploma or equivalent is required2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferredMust be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer informationValid driver's license requiredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe estimated total annual compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
