Medical Laboratory Technician
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological analyses on various samples.
- Utilize Beaker Laboratory Information System (LIS) effectively.
- Ensure proper handling and processing of laboratory specimens.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and perform routine checks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards in the laboratory setting.
Qualifications
- Microbiology experience is required.
- Beaker LIS experience is required.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician:
- MLT(AAB) - Medical Laboratory Technician
- MLT(AMT) - Medical Laboratory Technician
- MLT(ASCP) - Medical Laboratory Technician
- MLT-P - Medical Laboratory Technician Provisional (within 18 months, to be completed within 1.5 years)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
