Senior Clinical Specialist
Abbott
Abbott seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist for its Electrophysiology business in Tupelo, Mississippi. This role provides advanced technical, clinical, and educational support for EP products to physicians and healthcare professionals, while mentoring junior specialists and identifying market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical and clinical support for complex EP product inquiries from physicians and healthcare staff
- Develop and deliver training programs and educational seminars on EP products to healthcare professionals
- Identify and report customer needs and product performance insights to drive sales growth
- Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced clinical specialists on complex mapping cases
- Cover regional EP procedural cases and provide backup support to sales representatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology
- IBHRE EP certification required
- Prior industry or competitive experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform and teach complex EP cases
- Top performer ranking among peers in clinical group
