Join Our Team as a Licensed Clinician

Are you interested in moving away from telehealth sessions and engaging in therapy with children and adolescents in a farm-based setting?

Cultivate Care Farms is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Bolton, MA. Applicants do not need farm experience, but instead a knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS) that are applied in sessions involving the land and animals. CCF is also actively involved in research looking at the effectiveness of Farm-Based Therapy and have published our findings in scholarly journals. We see over 125 individual clients per week, and our groups have over 40 weekly participants.

Mental health work with children and families is incredibly hard, and at times exhausting. We are a collaborative team interested in helping clinicians feel empowered and confident about their work while also figuring out a work/life balance that won't lead to burn-out. Just as we want our clients to develop resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging, we want the same for our clinicians. We hope you will join our team in doing this important work!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy and/or group sessions and completing therapy notes in a timely fashion
• Participate in animal care and land management (after receiving training)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and share resources to support treatment effectiveness and success
• Engage in continued education to support professional growth and knowledge base

Required Skills:

• Licensed in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, or a Master's Degree and working towards licensure
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and effective interventions for children and adolescents
• Ability to work outside and participate in physical activity during sessions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

The minimum salary for this position is $65,000. In addition, we offer health insurance, 401(k) options, flexible schedules, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
