Schedule / Job Type

Contract (6 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 12-Hour Shifts) | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Every 3rd Weekend and Every Other Holiday Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit supporting approximately 1,350 deliveries annually
• Manage and monitor laboring patients across an 11-bed Labor and Delivery unit and 8-bed Postpartum unit
• Accurately document patient care and clinical assessments using EPIC EMR
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation coverage as scheduled
• Be available for on-call assignments during low census periods, with a minimum 2-hour call-back requirement

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of OB experience with demonstrated Labor and Delivery competency
• Compliance with facility masking policy if declining flu and COVID vaccinations during flu season

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR strongly preferred
• Familiarity with high-volume Labor and Delivery environments
