Plant HR Generalist - People, Policy & Performance
Piston Group & Piston Automotive LLC
Piston Group is seeking an HR Generalist to administer hourly HR policies, partner with plant leaders, and ensure clear understanding of procedures to improve morale, productivity, and retention. You will maintain records for hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and government reporting. This role trains supervisors, conducts new hourly employee orientation, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and supports benefits programs, leave, and employee relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Piston Group & Piston Automotive LLC
