Job Description

CICIS Assistant Manager: The restaurant Manager will play the key role in our restaurant operations in support alongside the General Manager. The manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.

  • 7. Would you be willing to take a criminal background check administered in accordance with state and federal law, if required by the employer for the assignment?
  • 8. Are you able to work in a fast paced environment?
  • 9. Can you lift up to 20 lbs without assistance?
  • 10. Do you have strong planning and time management skills?
  • 11. Do you have strong problem solving skills?
  • 12. Do you have a clean driving record?
  • 13. Do you have a driver's license?
  • 14. Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
  • 15. Are you Servsafe certified?
  • 16. Do you have at least 2 years of restaurant experience in a manager role?
  • 17. Do you experience with inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis?
  • 18. Do you have experience with recruiting and hiring team members?
  • 19. Have you had at least 2 years of consecutive management experience in therestaurant industry within the last 5 years?
  • 20. What has been your greatest achievement or source of pride to this point in your life?
