What You'll Do

• Reach out to potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Maintain engagement with leads throughout the hiring process
• Keep our applicant tracking system updated with accurate records
• Earn commission based on the successful meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made through your efforts.
