Ty’s Outdoor Power , the region’s Outdoor Power Superstore, is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our growing team! We serve Nebraska and Iowa with a full range of outdoor power equipment and carry top brands like Hustler, Ventrac, Toro, STIHL, Grasshopper, Honda, BOSS, SnowEx, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, great customer service, and being part of a supportive, hardworking team. Parts experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right motivated candidate.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and label incoming parts
• Maintain accurate inventory and restock shelves
• Keep the retail floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist customers, technicians, and teammates with parts lookup
• Answer department phone calls and assist walk-in customers
• Support the Parts Manager with additional tasks

Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Standard 8-hour shifts
• Extended will be required during peak outdoor seasons (spring, summer, early fall)
• Work Location: In-person, Gretna, NE

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Parts or retail experience is helpful, but not required
