Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing operation. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, leading a team of production employees, and ensuring that safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are consistently met. The Production Supervisor will work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to keep production running efficiently and address issues as they arise. Schedule 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production employees during the assigned shift. Manage daily production activities to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and output goals. Monitor production schedules, staffing, workflow, and employee performance. Ensure employees follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Troubleshoot production issues and work with Maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime. Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to production employees. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements, waste reduction, and problem-solving. Communicate shift updates, production issues, and priorities to management and other shifts. Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience supervising or leading employees in a manufacturing or production environment. Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in a time-sensitive production environment. Experience with production metrics, quality standards, and safety procedures. Comfortable working hands-on with production teams and addressing issues on the floor. Ability to work the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift schedule. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturing education is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
