Role Description This full-time, on-site Audiologist role is based at the Chattanooga, TN clinic. The Audiologist will conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including diagnostic testing, interpretation of results, and clear communication of findings to patients and caregivers. Daily responsibilities include fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids and other amplification devices, as well as providing follow-up care, counseling, and education on hearing health. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements. The Audiologist will also participate in ongoing professional development and may support outreach or educational activities within the community. Students are welcome to apply! Qualifications Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or equivalent degree; current or eligible audiology licensure in the state of Tennessee. Clinical experience performing comprehensive audiologic evaluations, including diagnostic testing for adults (and ideally children), hearing aid fittings, and follow-up care. Strong patient-centered communication skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical information in clear, supportive, and accessible language. Proficiency with audiology equipment, hearing aid technologies, and related software systems; comfort with electronic health records. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice, attention to detail in documentation, and adherence to regulatory and professional standards. Ability to work on-site full time, manage a clinical schedule, and collaborate effectively with other team members and referring providers. Experience in private practice or clinic-based audiology is preferred; membership in professional organizations (e.g., AAA, ASHA) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
