About Opportunity

Seeking experienced Employment Law Attorney (REMOTE) to join a growing team. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment and are looking for substantial ownership of their cases.

We handle complex employment matters, including individual and class claims, and offers attorneys the opportunity to independently manage cases from intake through resolution while advocating for employees in high-impact disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation matters from initial intake through settlement, trial, or final resolution.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including class certification briefing and related filings.
• Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations.
• Manage high-volume plaintiff dockets ranging from approximately 50 to 200+ active matter
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and legal support teams to achieve favorable outcome.

What We're looking for:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 2+ years in Employment Law
• Manage a high-volume caseload with a primary focus on negotiation and settlement.
• Target a settlement cadence of 4 to 7 cases per month.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $250,000 + Benefits . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, business needs, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xhyhwjd
