Job Description As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will provide dedicated support to high‑producing advisors by preparing portfolio materials for client meetings, building financial plans, and managing client interactions to retain and deepen relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions. Prepare and summarize client meetings: schedule and confirm meetings, enter data into the contact manager, build agendas and summaries, escort clients to advisors, and provide vital follow‑up. Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is successfully submitted, which includes preparing forms, obtaining appropriate signatures, preparing documentation to send to the home office, tracking new insurance applications, and coordinating rollovers. Prepare for and coordinate marketing events, including crafting marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursements. Provide general administrative duties such as answering advisors’ phones, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, supporting closings, setting up client files, copying and new business correspondence, and issuing alerts. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 3–5 years of relevant experience. Series7 license or ability to obtain within 150 days. State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days. State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days. Life, Accident and Health licenses, and Variable Contracts, or ability to obtain within 150 days. Experience working in a client‑service environment. Detail‑oriented, strong math and analytical skills. Good organization, time‑management and multi‑priority planning. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to communicate with all levels within the organization. Process orientation and teamwork skills. Strong computer and software proficiency. Employees are expected to work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week, though some roles may require additional in‑office time.
